Tokyo, Mitsukoshi II
On the roof of Mitsukoshi is a garden store -- complete with bonsai for sale. 
There is also a small shrine. 
Inside there is also a theatre, which the brochure claims is in art nouveau style. 
The day I sat in, groups of women were performing--soloist singers, with accompanists on what looked like shamisens--all in identical kimonos. 
Perhaps a club for traditional music?
The store contains artwork, and all sorts of fashion--and attached is a store for extremely elaborate kimonos
